How can a concierge help me?

 

Xcare4You is available to assist you with your everyday tasks and errands, or to plan a dinner party or a romantic weekend getway. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks – just call on us and we’ll help you organize, streamline, and balance your life.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

 

We accept cash and personal checks. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

 

How much do you charge for your services?

 

We have set prices for some of our regular services, please log in and view our one-off requests for pricing and the list of services. However, our fees are generally USD 35 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Fees are then calculated by 15 minute intervals after the first hour. We also offer discounted packages where you pre-pay for a block of time to be used up within 2 months.

Individual membership package is available for the ever-busy person who requires a dedicated personal assistant 24/7 and prefers to sign up for a discounted annual membership payable in quarterly installments. Corporate membership packages are also available; please ask us for more details.

 

Are materials and expenses included in your hourly rate?

 

No they are not, they are the responsibility of the client.

 

How can I request / book your services?

What if I need your help with a service you did not list on your website?

 

No worries, just give us a call or send us an email with your specific request and we will happily accommodate you as long as it is legal, ethical and moral.

 

What if I need to cancel a booking?

 

Cancellations need to be communicated to us at least 24 hours before commencement of service in order to avoid any charges. The cancellation fee will be 1 hour service time if notification is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

 

My child’s birthday is coming up, I will be out of town until the day of, can you help me? I need everything done.

 

Yes, we can get magicians, clowns, bouncing castles, source venues, purchase the food, buy the cake, we can take care of the smallest detail.

 

I have to make arrangements for service people to enter my home, I am unable to be there, how would you be able to assist me?

 

We will send one of our concierge consultants to your home to stay as long as the service people need access to your home.

 

My car needs to go in for maintenance/oil change.

 

We will make arrangements with you, whether it is from your home or your office, to pick up your keys and deliver your car to the dealership/mechanic. We will gladly pick up your car when it is ready and return it to you. Xcare4You is insured, abides all traffic laws and regulations and treats every customers’ vehicle as their own.
